The record improves when it is challenged.
This project is built to be corrected. If a primary record answers a question or shows a demonstrable error, we want it — by email, reviewed before publication.
Board members, managers, vendors, and homeowners may provide missing primary records or identify demonstrable errors. Verified corrections will be published, dated, and linked to the original material. A correction request will not remove accurate source material merely because it is unfavorable.
Provide a primary record
Board members, managers, vendors, and homeowners may submit missing invoices, approvals, minutes, contracts, or other primary records that answer an open question.
We verify, then publish
Verified corrections are published, dated, and linked directly to the original material so the change is transparent and traceable.
Accuracy is not removed
A correction request will not remove accurate source material merely because it is unfavorable.

Corrections and documentary responses are received by email and reviewed before publication. Use the subject line “Correction request — [record ID or page title]”. Every record and finding page also carries a “Request a correction” link that fills in the record ID automatically.

Published self-corrections
Corrections published by the site owner appear here in chronological order. Each entry shows the affected page, the owner's written response and classification, and (when provided) a supporting source. Nothing is silently changed.
