Records Sought
Gate
The contracts, licensing, and operating records behind the gate/entry system spending and its ongoing reliability.
Why we’re looking for this
The gate/entry system involved significant spending and affects daily access and security. These records would show what was purchased, from whom, under what license and warranty, and whether it has performed as represented.
What it’s referenced to
- Finding: gate spending and vendor accountability
- Bylaw §7.2(b) — Board duty to evaluate agents/contractors and proper performance
- Gate and contractor-oversight evidence in the Evidence Library
What producing it would establish
The contractual basis, licensing, and operating history of the gate system and its components.
What its absence means
Recurring complaints preserved in the record measure reported problems, not confirmed total failures; the contracts and logs would let the reliability question be answered on documents rather than recollection.
