Why we’re looking for this
A short list of specific source files would close identified, concrete gaps — a missing monthly statement, the detailed post-July-2025 ledger, reserve-component reconciliation, and a few county instruments.

What producing it would establish
The specific documents needed to complete the current financial and county-records picture.
What its absence means
The June 30, 2026 income statement and full post-July-7-2025 transaction ledger remain missing; later summary statements do not replace that detail. The 4.7% reserve figure is historical (as of Jan 1, 2023), not current.
Specific records requested (9)
- June 30, 2026 Income Statement (still the only missing paired monthly statement)
- Full transaction-level 2025 GL after July 7, 2025 through July 31, 2026 (monthly statements alone cannot identify every vendor/payee/approval)
- Every issued version of the monthly statements + report-generation logs (to identify restatements or late journal entries)
- Reconciliation of the 46 reserve components (completed / deferred / repriced / superseded / unresolved) and an updated reserve study
- Vendor invoices/contracts, insurance/storm recoveries, and reclassification entries for the large 2025 fencing and pest-control variances
- Written consents and original decision dates for all between-meeting approvals (Dec 2025–Jul 2026)
