All record groups

Why we’re looking for this

Pool and electrical work is regulated. These records would identify who physically performed the work, under what license or claimed exemption, and how a transaction involving a related party was disclosed and authorized.

What it’s referenced to

  • Finding: contractor licensing unresolved
  • TDLR (electricians), Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, and pool-operator certification
  • Montgomery County assumed-name certificate for MDZ Construction (establishes ▒▒▒▒▒▒ as individual registrant only)
Open related finding: Contractor licensing & pool regulation

What producing it would establish

The identity, licensing/exemption basis, and authorization for the regulated work.

What its absence means

A licensing search result or name match does not by itself prove unlicensed work; these records are what would resolve the question either way. Not every ▒▒▒▒▒▒-related payment is a payment to ▒▒▒▒▒▒.
