The recorded copy bears Montgomery County document number 2025110172, an e-filing stamp dated October 27, 2025, identifies Crest Management and Carolyn Bonds as the Association's designated representative, and states that it supersedes prior management certificates.
The October 27, 2025 management certificate lists a $300 capitalization fee; Crest's separate 2026 public assessment API lists a $600 capitalization fee. This is a documented difference between two Crest-published records.
